Our founder & CEO, Tiffany Johnson-Wilson, has a long line of heritage in South Carolina. Born and raised in Summerville, she attended and graduated from Charleston Southern University. Tiffany has been a market leader in the industry through her unparalleled customer service, creative and innovative marketing, and record-setting sales. From 2003 to 2017, she was a Realtor of Distinction. Her heart-warming Southern charm goes a long way in creating successful relationships between realtors, buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.

Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company first began in Charleston in 2000. We pride ourselves on being an all-inclusive, full service “boutique style” real estate company with deep roots here in South Carolina. Our team is comprised of proven market leaders, industry leaders, and community leaders. Armed with in-depth knowledge and negotiating techniques that allow for creative sophistication of real estate representation and supreme service delivery. Services where we excel include residential real estate, working with second home owners, investors, first time buyers, upsizing and downsizing, and commercial real estate services. We represent buyers and sellers in new construction, development and investment management. We offer extensive knowledge and experience in relocation and property management as well. Our consultation services include destination services, real estate research, and statistics. We offer a renovation, new construction, design and decor division in house. Our exclusive programs include a Hometown Hero program, Love it or Leave it program, a Renovate to Resell program, and a Reverse Renovate program.

It is your friendly, polite, good ole’ southern hospitality that you show to customers or clients without the thought of a commission. It’s remembering your client’s birthdays and anniversaries and remembering their kids’ names. It is listening and caring to remember. Boutique service is how we greet the public, then go a step further to offer refreshment. Boutique service is arranging repairs, lawn care and utilities. It is bringing by some fresh flowers or cookies for a showing or maybe stopping by to turn on that Bluetooth speaker before buyers show up. Boutique service is handwritten notes and an old-fashioned wax seal. Agents at Johnson & Wilson don’t just follow up the day after closing, they stop by or make a call for special occasions or no reason at all. Boutique service is having that friendly smile and caring attitude.
